Rehabilitation exercise

Did you recently undergo surgery … Or, have you been through your “insurance authorized” physical therapy and still feel like you need more rehabilitation work with an expert? Or is an old injury rearing its ugly head?

Rehabilitation is where Jason's training began, and safety comes first. For him, it's either he does training exercises safely each time or he won't do them at all.

Check with your doctor first, then call or text to talk through your situation.

Train with Jason

“It was actually helping to rehabilitate a friend that originally got me interested in personal training. In helping my friend recover from a very serious leg injury, I was stricken with a passion for helping other people recover from serious injuries as well, and regain their lives. So, I went through training and certification in rehabilitative exercise.”

“I am the founder and owner of Perfect Form Personal Training. I have over 30 years of personal training experience as well as being well versed in the areas of nutrition and supplementation.”

“As a trainer, I started with the goal of helping people live a better life, by helping them regain lost flexibility and mobility. This is still my goal, with my training experience extending to individuals from every walk of life and fitness goals.”

“My style of training is unique in that it is extremely personalized to your body, paying close attention to detail and changes. I also am passionate about educating my clients on proper form to prevent injury and to ensure you get the most from your workouts.”
